Great location for families. Room maintenance could be improved.

Think it's best Gold Coast's place to stay. In overall, the place is absolutely great, has extremely friendly staff in the 1 staff member. It has particularly good and perfect setting handy to tram.

I got a brand-new room with balcony views, kitchen and 2 single beds.

The staff was extremely friendly and delivered great service. I had big, newly decorated rooms with a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. - I really enjoyed the view over the tropical garden. - the location was particularly good and perfect, on the local area when I first arrived, in such a beautiful area.

The location was central to shops, buses and beach. The Apartment was spacious and comfortable with good amenities.

The water in kitchen was not very hot. We stayed for 12 days and on the 7th day we were given clean towels and our beds were changed, however there is a washing machine and dryer which we used every day. No cleaning was done the whole time of our stay. There were children making a lot of noise in swimming pool at 7.30 in morning.

Friendly employees. No doubt, it’ s a GREAT hotel.

The venue was located in a fantastic building in an ideal spot near a shopping center, offering newly renovated rooms equipped with cooking tools.

We were greeted in a very positive and friendly manner when we checked in last at night. We were able to get the accomodation on a reduced rate and this would encourage us to stay longer in the future. The Host was very accomodating at all times. We were able to bring our grandchildren to the resort to spend some time with us - using the pool and the mini golf facalities. Our stay was not long enough.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with good facilities.

I think that the use of games room should be included in the price as it indicates this is a free activity for the children. Disappointing to then find that you have to pay for every machine there.

Room was fresh and new, had everything we needed for the weekend getaway 🌟

the hotel is very freindly, close to beach, shops, theme parks the family absolutely loved the pool as us parents loved the spa, an bbq area. will be returning as previously have done so, couldnt ask for any better.thank you so much and look forward to the next stay.

The hotel was centrally located and very easily accessible by public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were happy to look after our luggage as we had a late flight. The garden setting was beautiful. We are already planning a return trip (with partners) and are planning to stay here again.

There were 2 balconies but one was locked and the key we were given would not open the door. The bathroom door was locked open so that we were unable to close the door - the lock was in the way! There was no light in the main room and, although there were lamps there were no powerpoints to plug them in. There was only one lamp in the bedroom and whilst there was an alarm clock provided there was only one power point in the bedroom so we had to move the clock to the lounge. The wall clock was not working in the lounge.

The resort is conveniently located next to the tram stop, local cafe, take away, and the Conference Centre/casino. It was easy to find as soon as we arrived. - the peaceful location made it a comfortable place to stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we were well informed from the moment we checked in. The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was available to use during out stay and this was the perfect location for shopping and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The underground secured carpark was also a bonus as there was no extra charge for using as in some other places. Loved our stay and we will definately be back again.
